专辑介绍：Kent一直以来都是我欣赏的为数不多的英伦摇滚乐团里的一支，从始至终在我心里都占据着极其重要的位置。Kent以一种独特的气质和低调的作风让我为之深深痴迷着，即使他们的音乐大多都是无法理解的瑞典语谱写，但其中散发出的真挚情感便依然能带给我各种极其难忘感动。听Kent的音乐能让我寻找到许多可贵的东西，回忆起一些记忆里尘封的各种往事，或是联想到一幅幅悲情动人的画面，这种聆听的体验总是能让人有着刻骨铭心般的触动。在过去的这几年时间里，几乎每个冬天总有一段日子是他们的音乐在陪伴着我，就在昨晚我工作到半夜回家的路上，我的耳机中还回荡着他们的那首忧伤迷人的《Stop Me June》，这是我最喜欢的他们的一首曲子。而昨晚回来之后便看到了他们发行这张新作的消息，内心满是难以掩饰的激动和欣喜。这张《Röd》是Kent正式发行的第八张正式作品，如他们以前的大多作品一样，它依然是一张瑞典语演唱的专辑。而在专辑的风格方面，它依然延续着乐团2007年发行的专辑《Tillbaka Till Samtiden》的模式，大量的采用电子效果营造出空灵飘渺的氛围。但是，新作中过重的电子成份渲染出的迷幻效果并不是我太注重的，坦白而已我还是更欣赏他们早期作品的风格，更注重的是情绪的表达和渲泄，毫无掩饰的流露着唯美的忧伤。不过，我相信这张新专辑也应该不至于会让期待他们的朋友们失望的，因为这依然是一张有着迷人旋律的动听作品，细腻的编排也依旧张显着Kent独有的优美和柔情。

After several changes, Kent finally settled on a name in 1993 and over the past 2 decades have become one of Sweden’s biggest selling rock bands. Originally inspired by the likes of My Bloody Valentine, the sound of the band has evolved from their alternative rock beginnings in Jones & Giftet, to incorporating synthesisers and drum machines, drawing comparisons to Depeche Mode. Kent’s breakthrough came in 2002 with their Vapen & Ammunition CD which sold over 600,000 copies in Sweden. The bonus track from the album “VinterNoll2” was featured on the Guitar Hero: World Tour video game, and many of their songs have been translated into English. ‘Röd’(Swedish for “Red”) is their 8th studio album, produced in studios around Central Europe and America, with such tracks as the synthesized rock chords and thumping dance beats of “Töntarna”. Their tour in 2010 will bring Kent around Sweden, from Stockholm to Örebro. The band has a strong back catalogue, and recommend Isola if you haven’t checked out any of their work, which has a Swedish and an English language version.
