02 Extreme - More Than Words

Extreme乐队应该算是80年代末期所涌现的一大批重金属乐队中最出色的一支了。其实，他们的风格不应仅仅被局限于重金属，Rap, Folk, Jazz, Blues等都有猎涉，他们的每张专辑都是高水准之作，特别是乐队吉他手 Nuno Bettencourt 出色的表现，他是乐队的核心人物，乐队的专辑绝大多数都是他独立制作完成的。他的演奏继承了 Eddie Van Halen 华丽、多变的风格。Nuno Bettencout和 他带领的 Extreme乐队，的确是重金属中的“绅士”，干净和跳跃，是 Nuno Bettencout 的最大特点和优点。就音乐来说，Extreme 是干干净净，心平气和的，以吉他为主，通过旋律和技巧来表现，已经脱离了单纯的愤怒宣泄。
